The Arogya Raksha Kavach is a sacred combination of five natural Rudraksha beads, consisting of:
- 2 × 3 Mukhi Rudraksha

The beads are arranged in the sequence:
5 Mukhi – 3 Mukhi – 5 Mukhi – 3 Mukhi – 5 Mukhi
In traditional Rudraksha practice, the 3 Mukhi Rudraksha is associated with Agni Dev and represents purification, transformation and renewed inner strength. The 5 Mukhi Rudraksha is associated with Kalagni Rudra, a form of Lord Shiva, and is traditionally valued for peace, spiritual awareness and emotional balance.
