Shipping policy

At Mahadev Mala LLP, each Rudraksha is carefully inspected, traditionally energized, and securely packed before dispatch. This policy explains our shipping timelines, delivery process, and support options.

1. Free Shipping Across India

We offer free shipping across India on eligible orders.

Any applicable charges and the final amount payable will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

2. Order Processing

Orders enter preparation after order confirmation and, for prepaid orders, payment confirmation.

Every Rudraksha is inspected for quality and securely packaged before dispatch.

3. Dispatch Timeline

Standard orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Every Rudraksha is traditionally energized before dispatch as part of our standard preparation process.

The following services may require additional processing time:

Optional X-Ray reports
Additional laboratory certification
Customized product requests
Special product preparation

If your order requires additional processing time, we will inform you before dispatch.

4. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines within India are:

Metro cities: 2–5 business days
Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days
Remote locations: 5–10 business days

These estimates are in addition to the order-processing time. Delivery may take longer due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other disruptions.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, we will share your tracking number, courier details, and tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp.

6. Secure Packaging

Every order is securely packed to help protect the product during transit.

Each Rudraksha product includes an independent laboratory certificate at no additional cost. The issuing laboratory may differ depending on the product.

Your shipment will also include an invoice and any applicable complimentary accessories.

7. Delivery Attempts and Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes depend on the order’s dispatch status and courier availability.

Delivery attempts depend on the courier partner and service availability. A shipment may be returned to us if:

The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
The recipient is unavailable.
Delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or failed delivery. If re-shipping charges apply, we will inform you before arranging another dispatch.

8. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items

Reporting period: Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

Unboxing video: A continuous, unedited video starting before the sealed shipping package is opened is required for claims involving damage or defects visible upon opening, incorrect products, or missing items. Clearly show the shipping label, package seals, and all contents. Without this evidence, we may be unable to verify or approve such claims, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Defects discovered later: If a defect could not reasonably be identified during unboxing, provide clear photographs, details of when it was discovered, and your unboxing video if available. We will assess the claim using the available evidence and product inspection.

Return condition: Keep the product unused after discovering the issue. Return it with its original packaging, laboratory certificate, supplied accessories, and any complimentary gifts. It must not have been worn, used, or altered beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect it or discover the defect.

Damage after delivery: Damage caused by wear, accidental drops, impact, improper cleaning, chemical exposure, setting, drilling, or other alterations after delivery is not covered. A change of mind or natural variations consistent with the product description are not grounds for a damage claim. This does not exclude claims for an incorrect Mukhi, size, variant, or product supplied.

Return approval and verification: Contact us and obtain return instructions before sending any item back. We may verify the returned product against its certificate, identifying features, and available dispatch photographs or records. Returned parcels are video-recorded during opening to document their contents and condition.

Resolution: Submitting a request does not automatically qualify it for a refund or replacement. Approval depends on evidence review and, where necessary, inspection of the returned product. Approved claims will be resolved under our Return & Refund Policy.

These reporting periods and evidence requirements do not limit customers’ rights under applicable law.

9. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.

Any future availability of international shipping will be announced on our website.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Please contact our support team promptly with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. For eligible cases after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Delivery Delays

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines. Courier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, public emergencies, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can help check its status.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.
