Authenticity & Certification

1. Are your Rudraksha beads authentic?

Yes. Every Rudraksha sold by Mahadev Mala LLP is carefully inspected before dispatch. We are committed to offering only genuine and naturally sourced Rudraksha.

2. Do you provide a laboratory certificate?

Yes. Laboratory-certified Rudraksha are supplied with an independent laboratory certificate. Please refer to the individual product page for certification details.

3. Do you provide an X-Ray Report?

Yes. X-Ray Reports are available for selected products or can be added where offered. Please check the product page for availability.

4. Are all Rudraksha exactly the same?

No. Every Rudraksha is naturally unique. Minor differences in size, shape, colour, texture, and surface markings are normal characteristics of authentic Rudraksha.

Spiritual Energization

5. Are your Rudraksha spiritually energized?

Yes. Every eligible Rudraksha is spiritually energized through traditional Vedic practices before dispatch.

6. Do I need to energize it again after receiving it?

No. Every eligible Rudraksha from Mahadev Mala is spiritually energized through traditional Vedic practices before dispatch. Before wearing your Rudraksha for the first time, soak it in clean water or raw cow's milk, then rinse it with clean water. Chant the specific Beej Mantra included with your Rudraksha 108 times with devotion. Finally, wear it on a silk or cotton thread, or on a silver or gold chain, ensuring it comfortably touches your skin.

7. Does spiritual energization guarantee results?

No. Spiritual experiences vary from person to person. Mahadev Mala LLP does not guarantee any specific spiritual, astrological, financial, medical, or personal outcome.

Wearing & Care

8. When should I wear my Rudraksha?

You may wear your Rudraksha on any auspicious day. Many people prefer Mondays or other spiritually significant occasions.

9. Can I wear my Rudraksha every day?

Yes. Rudraksha is suitable for daily wear when handled with care and respect.

10. Can I wear Rudraksha while sleeping?

Yes, you can. However, we recommend removing your Rudraksha before going to sleep. Wearing it during sleep may subject the bead to unnecessary pressure or accidental damage. For its long-term care, it is best to remove it at night and wear it again after your morning bath while following your daily spiritual routine.

11. Can Rudraksha come in contact with water?

Occasional contact with clean water is generally acceptable. Avoid prolonged exposure to chemicals, perfumes, soaps, or detergents.

12. How should I clean my Rudraksha?

Clean it gently with a soft cloth or soft brush and allow it to dry naturally. Avoid harsh chemicals.

13. How long does dispatch take?

Standard orders are generally dispatched within 4 Business Days from order confirmation.

14. Why can dispatch take longer?

Orders requiring Spiritual Energization, X-Ray Reports, additional laboratory certification, or customized preparation may require additional processing time.

15. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time within India is generally 2–7 Business Days, depending on your location.

16. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via Email and/or WhatsApp.

17. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer Free Shipping Across India on all eligible orders.

Returns & Refunds

18. Can I return my order?

Yes. If your order qualifies under our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

19. Is an unboxing video required?

Yes. A clear and continuous unboxing video is required for claims related to transit damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

20. Can I return a product if I simply change my mind?

No. Returns due to change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.

21. Who pays the return shipping cost?

If the return is approved due to transit damage, manufacturing defect, or an incorrect product, Mahadev Mala LLP will bear the return shipping cost.

22. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major online payment methods, including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and EMI (where available). Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for eligible orders.

23. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes. COD is available for eligible locations and products.

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
